Established mid-size Center City Philadelphia Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm, doing business in PA, NJ, MD and DE, is seeking a Nursing Home Trial Attorney with at least 5 years nursing home trial experience.
Duties will include:
Litigating Nursing Home case to Verdict
Litigating other matters as needed
PA license required (must waive into MD)
Conducting client interviews to assess viability of potential new cases
Required Experience
At least 5 years Nursing Home Trial Experience
