    Abrazo Arrowhead Campus serves as the flagship surgical facility within the Abrazo Health network and a destination center for advanced surgical care. The perioperative program includes:

    • 13 operating rooms and procedural suites.
    • Nearly 1,000 surgical and endoscopic procedures performed each month.
    • Advanced neurosurgery programs.
    • Cardiothoracic surgery services.
    • Orthopedic and joint replacement programs.
    • Robotic-assisted surgery.
    • Bariatric surgery.
    • Urology services.
    • Gynecologic surgery.
    • Oncology and specialty surgical programs.
    • Emerging service line growth opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide executive leadership for all perioperative operations.
    • Drive operational excellence, patient safety, and quality outcomes.
    • Build and develop high-performing clinical and leadership teams.
    • Foster strong surgeon engagement and physician partnerships.
    • Optimize OR throughput, scheduling, staffing, and resource utilization.
    • Lead financial stewardship, budgeting, and productivity initiatives.
    • Advance strategic growth opportunities across established and emerging service lines.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
    • Support workforce development, employee engagement, and succession planning.

    • Minimum Requirements

    • Experience: Five years experience in nursing management in a hospital setting with three years supervisory experience required.

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Management or related field, or equivalent minimum experience requirements.

    • Certifications: Current Arizona Registered Nurse License.

    • Preferred Requirements

    • Education: MSN

    • Certifications: For Wound Care - WOCN
