Salary Range: $55 - 62 / Hr

Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two (2) years of medical front and/or back office experience
- Ability to direct and supervise staff
- Knowledge of medical practice and patient care
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Background in Environmental Care and surgical areas
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong customer service, clerical, and computer skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinical operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Coordinate and lead staff in delivering excellent patient care
- Act as a liaison between physicians/providers and clinical staff
- Recruit, hire, and manage staff;provide leadership and performance feedback
- Ensure proper stocking and cleanliness of office, lab, equipment, and exam rooms
