Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our team in Palo Alto, CA. This role is essential in providing hands-on, evidence-based care to patients within a dynamic healthcare environment. The Clinical Nurse will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active CA-RN license.
- Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university.
- Experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and electronic medical records.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and implement emergency protocols when necessary.
- Educate patients and families on self-care and illness prevention.
- Contribute to team building and positive morale within the unit.
