Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in oncology nursing
- Advanced certifications in oncology nursing
- Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a supportive environment for patients and families through effective communication and emotional support
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary
- Provide education to patients and families on self-care and illness prevention
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to unit programs and initiatives
