Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid CA license
- Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
- Experience in MS/Telemetry unit
- Familiarity with hospital policies and standards of care
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a healing environment for patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions
- Teach patients and families necessary skills for self-care and illness prevention
