Required Skills & Qualifications
- Current California Registered Nurse (CA-RN) license
- Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university
- Experience in emergency room or critical care settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records and healthcare technology
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a healing environment by providing emotional support and information to patients and their families
- Assess patients, interpret data, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Implement and evaluate nursing and medical interventions, ensuring patient safety and compliance with standards
- Educate patients and families on self-care and illness prevention, adjusting information based on cultural and developmental needs
- Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive work environment
