Required Skills & Qualifications

• Current CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license
• Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in an emergency room setting
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a climate conducive to healing by providing emotional support and information to patients and families
• Obtain accurate assessment data and interpret it to determine nursing diagnosis
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
• Implement nursing and medical interventions safely and evaluate their effectiveness
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and policies
