Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures and helping maintain a clean, safe and organized care environment. As a member of the Float Pool, you'll support different patient care areas based on staffing and operational needs, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of teams and patient populations.

Qualifications:

 Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Post-high-school specialized training preferred

 Experience, Licensure & Certification

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience, OR
• Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

Additionally:

• BLS required

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
