Nursing Assistant - Float Pool 36 Hour Nights

Position Summary: Nursing Assistant, Float Pool Full-time 36Hour Nights 7pm to 7 am

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• A variety of ClinicalMeasures, including monitoring vital signs and oxygen levels
• Bathing, observation and meals
• ADLs(Activities of Daily Living)
• Answering call buttons
• Ensures patient care is delivered by age-specific category requirements and established policy and procedure for all patient populations
• Responds promptly and compassionately to patient needs and requests. Must have a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork, and possess excellent customer service skills

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent or five years of experience in lieu of degree
• Basic Life Support certification.Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is helpful but not required.
• An every-other-weekend schedule commitment is required.
