Position Summary:Nursing Assistant Float Pool, 32 Hours Evening 3 pm to 11 pm
Pay Range: $17.05 - $25.57
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- A variety of ClinicalMeasures, including monitoring vital signs and oxygen levels
- Bathing, observation and meals
- ADLs(Activities of Daily Living)
- Answering call buttons
- Ensures patient care is delivered by age-specific category requirements and established policy and procedure for all patient populations
- Responds promptly and compassionately to patient needs and requests. Must have a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork, and possess excellent customer service skills
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent or five years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) is helpful but not required.
- An every-other-weekend schedule commitment is required.
