MONDAY-FRIDAY & ROTATING WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS

The Essentials

• Schedule: Full-Time 36 hours per week | Day Shift 3x 12s 7AM-7:30PM
• Location: Fairlawn, OH
• Specialty: Post-Surgical Orthopedics & Plastics, Inpatient

What You'll Do

• Support patient care by assisting with activities of daily living, including ambulation, toileting, positioning, transfers, and maintaining patient safety.
• Participate in hourly rounding and document patient information, intake/output, vital signs, and charges accurately and timely.
• Assist with meal selection, tray delivery, feeding assistance, hydration, and communication of dietary changes.
• Transport patients throughout the hospital and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Provide clerical and administrative support, including answering phones and assisting the care team as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of healthcare or related experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: BLS certification required within three (3) months of hire.
