We're currently hiring a Nursing Assistant for our 2nd shift, with a consistent schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & every other weekend

2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour and up

Our recently updated wage scale starts at $18.00/hour for candidates with no prior experience, with opportunities for higher starting wages based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications.

What You'll Do

As a Nursing Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our residents live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate assistance with activities of daily living while promoting resident independence and choice

• Assisting with medications, treatments, and other care as permitted by applicable regulations and training

• Escorting and assisting residents throughout the community and outside as needed

• Assisting with meal setup, service, and cleanup

• Supporting and participating in resident activities and programs

• Getting to know our residents and building meaningful relationships with them and their families

• Observing and communicating changes in resident condition or needs to the appropriate team members

• Treating every resident with dignity, respect, compassion, and patience

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience in nursing, senior living, assisted living, memory care, home health, or a similar setting preferred

• Relevant certifications are a plus

• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to your scheduled shifts

• Compassionate and respectful approach to working with older adults

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a care team

• Willingness to learn and grow in the role

No senior living experience? Thats okay! We provide paid training and are willing to help the right person build the skills needed to succeed.
