Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status on an ongoing basis
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient information, progress notes, and care activities accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
Requirements:- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
