Nurse Technician (CNA)

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our nursing team as a Nurse Technician at the skilled nursing and rehab community, Riverside Transitional Care. This position is responsible for providing assistance to our geriatric population.

What You'll Do

• Support residents with personal cares, documentation of daily tasks (CNA & NT CNA tasks), and a variety of other tasks.
• Delegated nursing responsibilities such as medication administration.
• Various activities of daily living.
• Assist and enhance the day-to-day lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other departments to create an environment that focuses on resident safety and well-being.

What You'll Need

• Certified Nursing Assistant active on the Wisconsin CNA Registry
• 6 months of experience as a CNA is preferred
• Must be a nursing student who is either currently enrolled in a nursing program leading to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, or has graduated from the program and does not hold a temporary permit, or has been unsuccessful on the nursing licensure exam and is retaking the test
• Student nurse must have completed a basic nursing course with a minimum of 32 hours of clinical experience through an accredited school for professional or licensed practical nurses.

Our Wages

• Part-Time Starting Wage: $24.50+, based on experience and qualifications
• We review your wages after 6 months - we pay more for high performance!
