What You’ll Be Doing
Provide leadership and clinical support to nursing staff during assigned shifts
Serve as a key liaison between nursing leadership, administration, and frontline teams
Help develop and implement patient-care policies, procedures, and best practices
Monitor the delivery of patient care and ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met
Coach, mentor, and support staff through feedback and professional development
Assist with staffing, issue resolution, and daily clinical operations
Step in to provide direct patient care when needed
Build strong relationships with patients and families while supporting successful rehabilitation outcomes
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN license or eligibility to obtain one
Current BLS certification
ACLS certification required within one year of hire
CRRN certification required once eligible
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
Minimum of two years of recent inpatient nursing experience
Previous leadership experience involving staff oversight, problem-solving, and operational decision-making
