The Nurse Supervisor Job Description:
Full-time, direct hire opportunity
Night shift, 12-hour shifts
Great nursing leadership and administration team!
Supporting the development and execution of individualized patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Acting as a key link between administration, nursing leadership, and staff. Overseeing nursing care, treatments, and services delivered during assigned shifts or within designated units. Managing and guiding staff performance through real-time feedback, annual evaluations, and performance counseling or disciplinary actions.
The Nurse Supervisor Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
Must have active RN License
CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements
Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in a hospital setting
Demonstrated leadership experience in roles such as charge nurse or team lead, with responsibility for overseeing interim reporting, managing issue resolution, providing operational direction, and maintaining accountability for patient care and staff performance outcomes.
