We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
- communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Monitor and patient vitals as required
- Suction via trach per the patient's plan of care.
- Tube feed and medication administration
- Cough assist, trach care, personal care, bathing, and incontinence care checks as needed.
- Turn and reposition as needed.
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
- Ventilation Maintenance, and pulse ox reading as recommended
- wound care and debridement
- IV medication administration
- Complete necessary documentation at the end of their shift.
Qualifications:
- One year experience with home healthcare
- RN or LPN from an accredited school
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of home environments
- Knowledge of critical thinking skills
