    Position Summary:

    Our client is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor (RN) to oversee daily nursing operations within a substance use disorder treatment setting. This role is responsible for staff supervision, scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and ensuring exceptional patient care through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and support nursing staff and daily clinical operations.
    • Create and manage staffing schedules and assignments.
    • Ensure appropriate patient care, admissions, and treatment coordination.
    • Assist with regulatory compliance, audits, and documentation reviews.
    • Collaborate with leadership on workflow improvements and quality initiatives.
    • Support staff onboarding, training, and annual competencies.
    • Participate in the on-call nursing leadership rotation.
     

    Qualifications:

    • Associate’s degree in nursing (ASN/AAS) or higher.
    • Active New York State RN license.
    • BLS certification (American Heart Association).
    • Minimum 1.5 years of RN experience.
    • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
     

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills.
    • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

    Compensation: $87,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
