Position Summary
The Nurse Supervisor - House (Administrative Coordinator) is responsible for providing administrative oversight and operational leadership across the hospital on a 24-hour basis, including weekends and holidays. This role serves as the key clinical and administrative leader during nights and other times when department directors, managers, and senior administration are not onsite.
The House Supervisor coordinates hospital operations, facilitates communication among departments, supports staff and patient needs, and ensures organizational standards are maintained throughout the facility.

Pay Range: $43.36 - $62.67 per hour
Compensation is determined based on experience, education, skills, and market factors. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) are compensated within the equivalent base salary range of the posted hourly rates. Pay may vary based on geographic location and other job-related factors.
