Shift - 7:30 AM 4:00 PM Pay - $85/hr - $90/hr. Department - Labor and Delivery Job Summary: Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling. Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role. Preferred Skills & Experience: -N/A Required Education: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program. Preferred Education: -Masters degree in Nursing.
