We are seeking 2 part-time nurses (an excellent job for a retired nurse) to join our dynamic home health care agency. This position rerquires 2 days per week, your choice of days. You would be responsible for visiting clients to do assessments and then develop and update their plan of care; including data entry. You will review client care notes and follow up as needed. You will provide professionsl support to the caregivers and families as needed. You must have a reliable car, millage will be reimbursed. There is no heavy lifting.

Qualifications:- Hold a valid New Jersey or New York Nursing License
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Fluent in English
- Must be computer literate
- Must have a reliable car
