Nurse (RN / LPN) – 1st Shift | Full-Time & Part-Time

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on 1st shift (7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.). We currently have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, each offering a consistent schedule.

Available Schedules

Full-Time | 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• Assisted Living
• Weekend Premium Position – receive additional weekend premium pay for working every Saturday and Sunday
• Consistent three-day schedule

Part-Time | 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

• Every Friday – Memory Care
• Every other Saturday & Sunday – Rehab
• Consistent part-time schedule

Position Summary

In this role, you will provide nursing care and oversight while promoting the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. You’ll monitor changes in condition, administer medications and treatments, communicate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members, and help ensure exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and oversight to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
• Document care accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies
• Collaborate with CNAs and other care staff to ensure quality outcomes
• Support infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN or LPN license required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Previous experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory care, or long-term care preferred
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• A passion for working with older adults
