Nurse Recruiter

AS THE NURSE RECRUITER, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment which entails sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding nursing candidates for Penn Highlands Healthcare.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree required; preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources or Business field related.
• Two years previous Marketing, Human Resources or Recruitment experience preferred
• Two years previous experience in a Healthcare capacity in an acute care setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written required
• Ability to to organize and prioritize duties required
