  • Shift: 8A-5P (or 7:30A-4:30P), Monday-Friday, with overnight and weekend call responsibilities
  • Hours per Week: 40 hours guaranteed, with overtime paid for hours over 40

  • Licensure/Certifications: Active Medical License, DEA, Board Certification (BC or BE) in Urology or related field
  • Experience: Outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience required
  • Pay: $1.00/hour (note: pay details to be discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide inpatient and outpatient urology services, including clinic and surgical assist roles
  • Assist in surgeries at least once per week, supporting surgical teams and patient care
  • Manage pre- and post-operative patient care in outpatient settings
  • Participate in call responsibilities including weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend on-call coverage
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies

What You Need
  • Active Medical License & DEA
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology, Surgical First Assisting experience required
  • Prior outpatient urology experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including call shifts
