What You'll DoÂ
Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilitiesÂ
Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditionsÂ
Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility educationÂ
Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered careÂ
Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomesÂ
Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPadÂ

What We're Looking ForÂ
Master's degree + completion of an accredited NP program (required)Â
Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANPÂ required)Â
2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training (preferred)Â
Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred)Â
BLS certification required; ACLS preferredÂ
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settingsÂ
