We are in need of Nurse Practitioner to perform independent medical evaluations in Lewistown, MT.
We have shifts available 2 or 3 Fridays each month. We generally schedule shifts out 1 or 2 months in advance and can work with you to try and get the number of shifts you desire. Exams are scheduled in 40 -minute intervals from 8am to 6pm.
Total compensation for a day will be in the $700 to $1,050 range with 10 - 15 exams completed on average with a pay level of $70 per exam.
