Pay Range: $82.00-$92.00 Per HR
Description:
• This position involves working as a Nurse Practitioner in Ridgewood, NY, on a contract basis with a Monday to Friday schedule.
• The role requires collaboration with primary care physicians to manage patient care, including conducting exams, diagnosing, and treating conditions.
• Candidates must be comfortable using electronic health records and providing home care services.
Requirements:
• Must have CAQH, a DEA License, and Medicare & Medicaid IDs.
• Home care experience is preferred; willingness to provide home care services is required.
• Possession of a valid NYS driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years in clinical nursing practice in a primary care setting, home care, care management, or related field.
• At least one year of experience working with the adult population or appropriate training if less than one year of experience.
• Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• High-level analytical and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
