About the Job:

We’re looking for a PRN Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team in a variable PRN capacity. You’ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.

We’re looking for a provider with availability to support PRN coverage as needed during the clinic hours below. Coverage will vary based on clinic needs and is not guaranteed each week. Availability across multiple days is preferred.

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Thursday: 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities in Patient Care):

• Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care.
• Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients.
• Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
• Culture: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.

What You’ll Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications):

• Active and unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state.
•  Board certification as an FNP.
•  DEA registration.
• 2+ years of primary care experience preferred.
• Experience treating patients ages 2+.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
