    StaffMed Health Partners is partnering with a growing Hospitalist and Post-Acute Care group in Oklahoma City to recruit Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for skilled nursing facility and post-acute care rounding opportunities throughout the OKC metro. This employed W2 position offers strong clinical autonomy, a collaborative provider team, full benefits, and the opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding practice.

    Practice Highlights / Qualifications
    • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification required
    • Oklahoma license or eligibility to obtain licensure
    • Experience in Hospital Medicine, Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute Care, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine preferred
    • Provide rounding services across skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities throughout the Oklahoma City metro
    • Patient volumes vary by facility and daily census
    • Shared call responsibilities required
    • Strong clinical autonomy with collaborative physician support
    • Ideal candidates are team-oriented providers with excellent communication and patient management skills
