Qualifications:

• Current, valid, unrestricted Virginia license (FNP, PA-C)
• Certifications Required: AANPCB (FNP), NCCPA (PA)
• Current, valid, unrestricted DEA license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Three years of primary care experience preferred
• FQHC experience preferred
