Position Summary

Join a highly engaged, team-based practice within Beacon Medical Group, providing comprehensive, longitudinal care to patients across the lifespan. You will work alongside experienced physicians and advanced practice clinicians who value collaboration, clinical excellence, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Conduct comprehensive histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
• Provide preventive care, health maintenance, and wellness counseling
• Perform in-office procedures as appropriate to training and specialty
• Manage a patient panel with responsibility for continuity of care

Care Coordination & Patient Support

• Coordinate care across specialties and settings to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Provide clinical guidance and follow-up for patient concerns and care needs
• Support patients and families in navigating health conditions and treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes

Documentation & Quality

• Complete accurate, timely documentation, coding, and billing
• Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
• Contribute to development and refinement of workflows and care pathways

Professional Development

• Engage in ongoing learning through conferences, CME, and educational opportunities
• Maintain licensure, certification, and prescriptive authority
• Stay current with evolving clinical guidelines and best practices

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Current Indiana license and board certification
• Experience in urology a plus
• New graduates with strong clinical foundation and commitment to learning are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to build patient relationships

Working Environment and Physical Demands

• Clinic-based environment with occasional exposure to biohazards
• Requires physical stamina (standing, walking, assisting patients, lifting, CPR, etc.)
