NP/PA: $50/hour base, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives
Skilled RN Injector: $40/hour base, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for a confident, clinically excellent injector ready to build a loyal patient panel, grow into wellness medicine (hormone therapy, medical weight management, peptides), and grow their income and career alongside a practice built for it.
We're a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice with locations across Ohio and Michigan, known for delivering visible, high-quality results in a polished, welcoming environment. Our full range of services - injectables, laser and skin treatments, body contouring, and non-invasive rejuvenation - is backed by an engaged, loyal client base, active membership and retention programs, and a strong social media presence that keeps new patients coming through the door. $50/hour (NP/PA) or $40/hour (Skilled RN), based on experience
Performance-based incentives, and bonus opportunities
Marketing and administrative support - you focus on patients, not promotion logistics
Ongoing training and mentorship in both aesthetics and wellness medicine
Clear path into leadership as the practice expands
Perform injectable treatments (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, and related neuromodulator/filler services)
Conduct consultations and build individualized treatment plans with clinical confidence
Deliver advanced services such as microneedling, IV therapy, and laser/IPL treatments
Build long-term, trust-based patient relationships through education, follow-up, and consistent results
Learn and implement wellness offerings - hormone therapy, medical weight management, peptides, and related treatments - within your scope
Partner with the practice's leadership to help shape service growth and represent the brand in the community
Strong hands-on experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser treatments
Confident guiding patients from consultation to treatment plan, with a genuine focus on outcomes and retention - not just volume
Motivated to build and retain a personal patient base over time
Comfortable with a visible professional presence supporting the practice's brand
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance clinical environment
Wellness experience is a plus; genuine willingness to learn hormone and weight-management protocols is required
Active NP, PA, or RN license in Ohio
Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
DEA registration, or ability to obtain one before start [if the role involves prescribing wellness/hormone therapies]
Strong consultation and communication skills, with a track record of natural, high-quality patient results
Interest in or experience with wellness services (hormone therapy, weight management, peptides) is a plus; willingness to learn is required
