Purpose of Position: The purpose of this position is to assist in the promotion, protection and preservation of the health of CCHC employees by providing for and delivering consistent, coordinated health care services to workers throughout CCHC entities and affiliates.

Qualifications
:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
Three to five years of progressive responsibility in evaluation, diagnosis, care and management of medical emergencies, illnesses/injuries.
Sound basic knowledge of blood/body fluid post-exposure management protocols, mantoux testing and hepatitis B, measles and flu immunization practices.
3-5 years of Occupational Health experience desirable with a basic knowledge of worker''s compensation, OSHA, ADA and DPH regulations. COHN-S, CCM preferred.
US Department of Justice and Massachusetts Controlled Substance DEA Registrations are required for prescribing practitioners.
Legal/Hospital Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner
Current Massachusetts Nurse licensure in advanced practice.
Basic Life Support Certification
Physician Assistant
Current Mass Board of Physician Assistant licensure with a designated supervising M.D.
Current (National Commission or Certification of Physician Assistants) NCCPA certification
Basic Life Support Certification
Schedule Details: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Occasional Weekends, & Holidays
