An established post-acute care practice in the Finger Lakes Region of New York, near Seneca Falls, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics for a full-time opportunity in skilled nursing facilities.

Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics background
- Active, unrestricted New York NP or PA license
- DEA registration

- Post-acute care experience required
