Compensation:
Pay Range: $120,000-$165,000 Per Year
Description:
• As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine, you will work onsite in Trenton, NJ, providing comprehensive care across multiple locations.
• This full-time role involves a Monday to Friday schedule with a half-day Saturday rotation every six weeks.
• You will serve a diverse patient population, focusing on preventive care and treatment in various clinical settings.
Requirements:
• Master of Science in Nursing or completion of an accredited PA program
• Active NJ NP or PA license with current CDS and DEA
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience in FQHC, community health, or multi-site outpatient settings preferred
• Proficiency in both adult and pediatric care, including basic women's health
• Spanish bilingual skills strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation for travel between regional sites
Qualifications:
• NP board certification (AANP or ANCC) or NCCPA certification for PAs
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and MCO credentialing preferred
• Comfort with mobile and non-traditional care settings
