    Position Overview:We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dynamic and supportive team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care and is passionate about working with diverse populations.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations

    • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions

    • Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans

    • Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention

    • Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, and care coordinators

    • Participate in chronic care management and MAT services as appropriate

    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

    • Engage in ongoing quality improvement and team-based care initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona, or eligible for licensure in AZ.

    • Board certification as a Family or Adult NP (FNP, ANP, or AGNP)

    • DEA license and prescriptive authority

    • Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred (new grads considered)

    • Experience with MAT, behavioral health, or chronic care is a plus

    • Strong communication and clinical skills

    • Proficiency with EHR systems (eClinicals preferred)

    • Bilingual (Spanish, French, or other languages) a plus
