Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and screenings.
- Diagnose complex health issues and develop multi-modal treatment plans
Maintain accurate, timely patient records and treatment notes.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of New Jersey (Required).
- Credentials: Valid DEA license for controlled substances.
- Compliance: Strong working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA standards.
- Bonus: Previous experience working or rounding in a SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) is a major plus.
