    Wound Care Advanced Practice Provider opportunity in Hartford, Connecticut

    Our Wound Care Team and Department of Surgery at Trinity Health of New England Medical Group seek an Advanced Practice Provider to join us at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT. 

    This is a blended inpatient/outpatient position with majority of time spent caring for inpatients with the opportunity to spend time in the outpatient setting to allow for continuity of care. The position allows an opportunity for leadership with collaboration and support of our wound care RN team.

    This full-time position offers a Monday through Friday, daytime schedule with no nights, weekends or system-honored holidays required. The successful candidate will preferably have prior clinical experience in wound care and a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license in the state of Connecticut. WOCN certification is a plus.
