Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing PM&R/pain management practice in Wheelersburg, OH.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider looking for a flexible one-day-per-week position with the potential to increase days as the practice grows. The practice has been open for more than 20 years of operation.
What You'll Do- Evaluate patients with musculoskeletal and chronic pain conditions
- Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Assist with and provide appropriate office-based procedures within scope of practice
- Manage medications and ongoing patient care
- Order and review diagnostic testing as appropriate
- Collaborate with the physician and clinical team
- Complete timely clinical documentation
Qualifications- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Ohio license or ability to obtain
- PM&R, pain management, orthopedics or musculoskeletal experience preferred
- Strong clinical and patient-management skills
- Personable, easygoing and team-oriented
- Must live within reasonable driving distance of Wheelersburg, OH
Schedule & Compensation- Initially 1 day per week
- $60-$65/hr + Bonus opportunities
