Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team in Santa Rosa, California. This is a team-oriented practice highly dedicated towards its mission to care for the poor and vulnerable where you will be primarily providing care for the geriatric population. The Value of Working with Us

  • Outpatient care only

  • Monday to Friday schedule, including admin time

  • 2-5 years of experience is required

  • Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program

  • Compensation is between $158,451 and $188,758 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
