About the Role:
Medical Pain & Spine Care of Indiana is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Pain Management team in Noblesville, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering expert, individualized care in a dynamic and supportive clinical environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history and physical examinations
  • Perform appropriate in-office procedures and treatments within the provider's scope of practice and training.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies such as imaging and lab work to guide pain management strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on pain management techniques, treatment options, and medication safety
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Indiana
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or a related specialty preferred
  • DEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances
  • Strong knowledge of interventional and pharmacological pain management approaches
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient-centered care skills
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting

Compensation: Base Salary + Procedure-Based Bonus Opportunity
