Description:
• Join our healthcare team in Brooklyn Heights, NY, where you'll work onsite as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. 
• This contract, part-time position requires working twice a week for 8 hours each day. 
• The role involves patient care and treatment planning, requiring strong communication and diagnostic skills.

Requirements:
• Experience in evaluating and managing patient care
• Ability to coordinate and provide continuity of patient care
• Skilled in conducting physical exams and documenting encounters
• Proficient in prescribing medication
• Excellent bedside manner
• Capable of taking social and medical histories
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Qualifications:
• NY license/Certification
• Clinical skills in pain management and physical medicine rehabilitation
• BLS certification
