Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed history and physical exams to assess a wide range of chronic pain conditions
- Develop tailored treatment plans combining medications, interventional procedures as well as other supported modalities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
- Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 25–30 individuals
- Handle medication refill requests and support ongoing patient care
