    Full Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician-Assistant for Critical Care Position in Medford, OR

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician-Assistant with expertise in Critical Care to join our team in Medford, OR. The successful candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing quality patient care. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician-Assistant will be responsible for providing direct patient care, managing patient caseloads, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

     
    OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
    12-hour shifts - 7 days on/7 days off schedule
    Rotating day/night schedule
    Full time position - 159 shifts per year
    Shift rate of $900
    Annual quality incentives starting in year 2
    $7,500 - $10,000 signing bonus DOE
    Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
    $4,000 annual CME allowance
    Excellent health, dental, vision and retirement benefit
