Job description



Apico Pain Management is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing pain management practice based out of Delaware. The Practice currently has offices in Bear, Milford and Lewes, Delaware. This opportunity is primarily for Lewes, Delaware with potential in Milford, DE.


Position is full-time/part-time, offers a competitive salary based on experience, a full suite of benefits and room for growth.


Requirements of the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner:


  • Delaware state Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
  • Delaware state Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner CSR license
  • DEA Registration
  • Board certification
  • Experience in pain management preferred.
Responsibilities of the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner:


  • Conduct physical exams, assess health status, order and interpret tests, prescribe medication, and treat illnesses including minor procedures
  • Take and record patients’ medical history
  • Manage and coordinate pain care, including medications
  • Counsel patients on preventative care
  • Schedule appropriate interventional procedure for patients
  • Involves outpatient clinic
  • May perform minor procedures in office
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time


Pay: Negotiable based upon days worked per week.

Schedule: 1-5 days per week/negotiable


Start Date: As soon as possible, pending credentialing.


Benefits are provided for working greater than 32 hours/week.
