    Qualifications

    • Graduate degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
    • Active and unrestricted New York NP or PA license
    • DEA registration
    • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills
    • Post-acute care experience preferred but not required (training provided)
