Opportunity Information

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a part time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Otolaryngology (ENT) team in Elk Grove, CA!

This position is supplemental as needed (non-benefited).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Join a supportive team of experienced ENT physicians and APCs in a clinic focused role in Elk Grove, Ca.

  • Mentorship and collaboration from ENT providers.

  • Opportunity to perform a variety of procedures in clinic.

  • See new patients and consultations

  • Manage pre?operative and post?operative visits

  • Evaluate and manage common, chronic, and acute ENT conditions

  • Improve patient flow and reduce delays for subspecialized ENT services

  • Work collaboratively with ENT physicians, nurses, and care teams

  • No call responsibilities are required for this role

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited NP or PA program with appropriate national certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, NCCPA).

  • California licensure eligibility and clearances (NP/PA licensure required).

  • 1+ year of prior experience in ENT, Allergy, or Audiology is preferred

  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment including patient/family interactions.
