Benefits Highlights
Responsibilities
Join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to medically complex adults and geriatric patients.
Community Internal Medicine is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to become an integral member of our multidisciplinary primary care team. In this outpatient role, you will provide comprehensive care for established adult and geriatric patients with acute, chronic, preventive, and medically complex healthcare needs.
As an advanced practice provider, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while working alongside experienced physicians and APP colleagues in a highly collaborative environment. This position utilizes a shared panel model, allowing you to partner closely with a physician or seasoned NP/PA to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
What You'll Do
What Makes This Opportunity Special
If you are passionate about building long-term patient relationships and thrive in a collaborative primary care environment, we invite you to join our team and help improve the health and well-being of our community.
During the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps.
