    We are seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in LTC facilities located in Brook Park, OH. There are two facilities with patients in need waiting for you. If you are looking to connect with patients on a one-on-one basis, and help them heal and live a better quality of life, we are the place for you. 

    As an NP, you will participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds. You will establish a plan of care, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement. 
      

    Qualifications/Requirements: 

    •Valid NP License in the State of OH
    •Wound Care experience


    Schedule:
    •Part time-two days a week

    Compensation: 
    •A competitive base salary ranging $40,000 - $50,000
